Bio

Dr. Greg G. Wang is professor of Human Resource Development at College of Business and Technology, The University of Texas at Tyler. He is the Editor of Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management (JCHRM). He also served as an Editor for Human Resource Development Quarterly (HRDQ). His research has been in the areas of cross-cultural studies, management learning and development, workplace performance and change, as well as related measurement methods and theory building. Currently, his research is on indigenous management phenomena in China.

Previously, Greg has worked for GE Learning Solutions and Motorola University. He is frequently involved in keynotes in China, India, Korea, Russia, Thailand, and the UK. Greg received his Ph.D. and master’s degrees from The Pennsylvania State University.
